Leprechaun in the Hood (2000) horror film

As the Leprechaun film series progressed and we got movies set in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and outer space, it became clear that the intention was less to create an unifying story than to have fun in radically disparate locations.

In 2000, Leprechaun in the Hood, the fifth Leprechaun movie, came out. It's a typical story about young people who are hopeful but have a hard (original post) time getting ahead in a world that is always against them.

Also, it's about a leprechaun; there is a leprechaun here, and he plays a significant role in what's happening.
